If you haven't seen the NFL films Sound FX of RG3 from last Sunday's game against the Cowboys it's worth a look/listen. Does a great job of showing his leadership qualities and also his sportsmanship at the end in his words to Romo as they walk off the field. Just more reason to like this kid.
